Do I need an appointment to come in and try on dresses?
If you are interested in visiting our physical location in Westport, CT - you do not need to make an appointment to try on dresses. We do not work by appointment, but our staff will definitely be able to assist you!
The dress I am interested in is showing as out of stock - can you order it?
The stock shown on our website reflects our actual in store inventory, and not all styles on our site are available in store. If you see a dress you like and it it "sold out", feel free to contact us and we may be able to order it for you!
Are your gowns returnable?
Formal dresses and gowns are not returnable. This is due to the delicate nature of these items & their limited availability. Special orders on these items are also final sale. We understand this may be difficult, but we are happy to help you by sending pictures, answering any sizing questions you have, and providing as much detailed information as possible to make sure you get a gown you love!
